Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, before placing your order with us.

Before progressing with your order, we will need confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. It is strongly recommended that you read this document in full and to keep a copy for your own records.

By entering into a business agreement with Mrs W Bridal Concept Store Ltd you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.

From here on 'you/your' refers to the customer and 'us/we/our' refers to Mrs W Bridal Concept Store Ltd.

Booking fees are payable in advance of an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to rearrange or cancel your appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to fill the opening.

All goods ordered for purchase remain our property until paid for in full.

On placing an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total value of the goods is required. The final 50% is due in 90 days.

On termination of this Agreement for any reason you shall immediately pay us the balance within 7 days.

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, the deposit will be refunded.

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by an event beyond our control.

The costs of alterations are not included in the price of the dress unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

Alterations are carried out by independent seamstresses.  Brides are not obliged to use the seamstresses recommended to them and we cannot be held responsible for any alteration work undertaken. Alterations are charged separately and are payable directly to the seamstress.

As each dress is personally tailored, we are unable to resell a dress to any Customer other than the Customer placing the order, and as such, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on the basis of a change of heart or be held responsible for a dress not fitting correctly due to fluctuations in weight, body size and/or changes in body shape once an order has been placed. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns where you request a change to an existing order and we are unable to fulfil that change.

All dresses are ordered to the nearest size, based on the measurements taken (and signed for by you) when the order is placed. We cannot be held responsible for any change in your measurements or sizing.

Orders for dresses which are not a standard length or measurement may be subject to a surcharge, the amount of which may not be known at the point of order. Dresses required at short notice may be subject to a rush order fee.

Fabric/colour shades/beading/embroidery may differ slightly from samples on display in store.

Made to order pieces cannot be rushed and, as such, you must accept that all shipping dates are approximate. Time needs to be allowed for the process to be completed and your dress made to perfection, therefore the designer has the right to change the shipping date based on their production schedule.

All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. Samples cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

All accessories must be paid for in full at time of purchasing. Accessories are non-refundable.

Where we provide guidance in the choice of design, size, colour and measurements we do so without any liability.

We will aim to provide the highest quality goods possible. You must try on and inspect all goods before leaving the store. We will not be held responsible for any defects or damage to goods once the dress has left the store. Any wear and tear or depletion of goods due to use and wear are not our responsibility.

Mrs W Bridal Concept Store respects your personal data and we use the information you provide to place the order with the relevant Designer and to enable your dress to be constructed or altered to your design requirements.  For full details on our privacy policy click here.

No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
